We want all the smoke is a hip-hop phrase used by a member of a group to signal they are ready to battle.
It originally referred to gun battles but is now used of friendlier challenges.
Where does we want all the smoke come from?

The phrase we want all the smoke first appears in the June 2017 song “All the Smoke” by hip-hop artist 21 Savage. The smoke in the phrase refers to gun smoke. 21 Savage uses the phrase to refer to shooting people with an AK-47 rifle:

In October 2017, rappers Future and Young Thug would release their song “All Da Smoke,” which again references gun violence. After the release of these songs, professional athletes began using we want all the smoke to instigate taunts and challenges to their opponents.
