The newly engaged couple appeared on Fox 5’s “Good Day DC” Monday morning, where the staff feted them with cake and champaign.

As the controversy was unfolding, Fox News was steadfast in its support of the news anchor, saying that the allegations were “nothing more than an orchestrated champaign.”

At CES this year, the hardware companies were popping champaign corks.

“There is always a way out”, wrote blogger @nerezinovka, accompanying the tweet with this hashtag and a pictures of car tires standing next to a Moet champaign bottle turned into a Molotov cocktail.
