With an Amish hand-crank ice cream maker, Redd literally handcrafts every batch of his three current pints — one batch makes about 12 pints and takes 20 minutes to hand crank in between huffing and puffing, making for a serious arm workout.

There’s a mode that tasks you with mashing the A button as many times as possible in 10 seconds and a safecracking mini-game where you rotate the crank in search of three numbers.

It’s just a few more turns of the crank in terms of the process.

A part of Dunne’s team explains the group’s modus operandi, and it is as chilling as it is familiar: “They’re all about getting people . . . angry at each other. They start with real stuff and then crank in fake stuff. Muslims are killing Jews. Corporations are destroying the environment. Blacks should kill racist white people. It’s all stirring the pot.”
