The founder of skincare company Big Crazy Buffalo, Jason Hince, said he worries that if the FTC completely blocks Amazon from having fulfillment and advertising services, his Buffalo fat lip balm business will cease to exist.

“Fat Lip” reached No. 1 on Billboard’s Alternative Airplay chart after Sum 41’s breakthrough album, “All Killer No Filler,” was released in 2001.

Their hits included “Fat Lip” and “In Too Deep,” which fans loved to belt out in their car or jump up and down to at shows.

“Sum 41 will be disbanding,” the “Fat Lip” and “In Too Deep” singers said Monday in a statement posted on their website and social media accounts.
