Financière Agache has indicated an interest in buying $325 million worth of shares while Durable Capital Partners LP and Norges Bank Investment Management have shown interest in $300 million worth of shares, Birkenstock disclosed in a filing.

Financière Agache, controlled by the Arnault family that owns LVMH, has indicated an interest to buy $325 million of ordinary shares in the offering, Birkenstock said.

Rival Compagnie Financiere Richemont has shed 17.4% since then and Hermes is down about 5.4% since then.
