In April, IS claimed it had attacked the town of Fuqaha in Libya, killing the head of the town council and setting fire to the municipal guard headquarters.

The command did announce right away two other strikes, on Nov. 17 and Nov. 19, both near Fuqaha.

Or on Jan. 23, when two vehicles were destroyed in strikes near Fuqaha in central Libya.

Hamas was shocked when Fuqaha was shot dead near his house in March, and imposed tight border restrictions on Palestinians trying to leave Gaza.

One was accused of killing Mazen Fuqaha while the other two were accused of involvement.
