He said he would remember his performance of the UK premiere of �ұ���è����'s violin concerto at the Lighthouse "for the rest of his life".

In one of the final performances of his career, he played a horn concerto by composer Reinhold �ұ���è���� and told the Baltimore Sun that he “was very pleased with it.”

In the Kneisel’s tradition of including detached movements from longer works, the Miró unleashed the earthy, Slavic swagger in a theme-and-variations from �ұ���è����’s String Quartet No. 1 and made a scherzo from Franck’s Quartet in D sound as if Mendelssohn’s “Midsummer” fairies had wandered into Wagner’s “Tristan.”

The concert features the Miró Quartet and clarinetist Anthony McGill, and other works by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and Reinhold �ұ���è����.

He’ll also play on his “Jelly Roll Morton Suite” and conduct Reinhold �ұ���è����’s festive “Russian Sailor’s Dance” from the ballet “The Red Poppy.”
