Detweiler, 35, of Kenmore, is being charged with communication with a minor for immoral purposes, sexual misconduct with a minor in the second degree and supplying liquor to a minor, according to the charging documents, which were filed Thursday by King County Prosecuting Attorney Leesa Manion.
