Pound for pound, dollar for dollar, no Democratic president measured up to the Biden-Harris administration’s progressive street cred since LBJ’s Great Society.

“For all practical purposes,” Biden said Monday at the LBJ Presidential Library in Austin, “the court’s decision almost certainly means that the president can violate their oath, flout our laws and face no consequences.”

At the Democratic convention in Chicago, the party nominated LBJ’s vice president, Hubert Humphrey — who had not even run in the primaries — as its standard-bearer.

The liberal heroes we know by their initials—FDR, JFK, LBJ, and MLK—were high-dominance paradigms who defended democracy against racists, fascists and Stalinists.
