In some places, those protests barely numbered a dozen, with people in Washington DC, Minneapolis, Pittsburgh and Lyndhurst, Ohio, stamping their feet to stay warm amid snow and cold weather.

The new cast includes British actors Nicholas Lyndhurst as Frasier’s college friend turned Harvard colleague Alan Cornwall and Jack Cutmore-Scott as Frasier’s fireman son and semi-reluctant roommate, Freddy Crane.

“Without the original support we started with, combined with circumstances beyond our control, it became impossible to continue,” the union said, noting that the effort began two years ago at the Lyndhurst, N.J., location and nearly two years ago in Buena Park.
