Ogopogo Brewing in San Gabriel, Angry Horse Brewing in Montebello and Arrow Lodge Brewing in Covina have begun to produce sanitizer for front-line healthcare and emergency workers.

Okanagan Lake even has its own mythical sea creature, called Ogopogo.

“That’s Rattlesnake Island, where legend says Ogopogo has his lair,” he said, adding with a wink, “but you have to drink a lot of wine before he lets you see him.”

Haunting our lakes are Canada’s Ogopogo water serpent, Tessie of Tahoe, and Champy of Champlain.

Ogopogo Dwarfed F. W. Kemp, a member of the provincial archives staff, said he and his family sighted the beast last year, but kept it a secret for fear of not being believed.
