The Billings Gazette reports Patrick Saint Standsoverbull III was sentenced Friday for tampering with evidence and misdemeanor assault in the 2015 death of 38-year-old Jeffrey Hewitt.

Court documents say the 38-year-old victim was beaten by several people, including Standsoverbull and her brother, 35-year-old Patrick Saint Standsoverbull, who is also facing charges in the case.
