Another user, Juliet, told the BBC: "During the total diet replacement phase, I expected to feel hungry but I didn’t and the products actually kept me going. I enjoyed most of them too – although my particular favourites were the red Thai soup and shepherd’s pie."

“The mashed potatoes could be for an individual shepherd’s pie. The collard greens could go in a sausage and greens stew. Or you could put the chicken in my Buffalo chicken bean dip. Poutine for the fries. I could keep going, girl.”

Those things have included pieces of gray nitrile glove that forced the recall of nearly 6,400 pounds of chicken tortilla soup in 2021 and pieces of copper wire that led to recall of nearly 5,800 pounds frozen beef shepherd’s pie in 2022.

But hasn't yet persuaded his bosses of the merits of shepherd's pie.
