The affected aerosol products include some of the world’s biggest brand names including certain lots of Neutrogena, Aveeno, Banana Boat and Coppertone sunscreens; Sure, Brut, Suave, Secret and Old Spice deodorants; Dove, Nexxus, Suave, TRESemmé and Bed Head dry shampoos, and Tinactin and Odor Eaters foot sprays.

Valisure started off earlier this year testing liquid and gel hand sanitizers, but the benzene-related recalls of late have centered on aerosol products like certain Neutrogena sunscreens from Johnson & Johnson, Old Spice and Secret antiperspirants from P&G and Bayer’s foot sprays Lotrimin and Tinactin.

In addition to his announcing, Madden was a ubiquitous product pitchman, appearing in commercials for Miller Lite, Ace Hardware, Outback Steakhouse, Tinactin and many others.
