The initial awards begin with the Grammys Premiere Ceremony, hosted by Justin Tranter at the nearby Peacock Theater, streaming live at 12:30 p.m. at live.grammys.com and on the Recording Academy’s YouTube channel.

“Harris was getting Joe Biden margins across all of Pennsylvania, but what Donald Trump was able to do was he was outpacing his margins from 2020 by anywhere from 4% to 6% especially in key counties like Bucks,” Scott Tranter, director of data science for Decision Desk HQ, told NewsNation anchor Chris Cuomo.

“Models are like cooking, there are many ways to cook a burger, many of those are edible, but at the end of the day people have a preference,” Tranter said in an interview.

In creating a model, Tranter said, forecasters still have to make plenty of decisions about how to weigh certain factors and whether to even include some.
